Training and learning are continuous processes at We BIM, aimed at preserving, providing and enriching organizational knowledge, making it useful and applicable for the employees, and positioning the company as a thought leader in the market.

Employee learning is an asset to the organization, and training is a dynamic need that must constantly change and be adapted at any point in time for any employee role to be developed in the future. For this purpose, We BIM established a training center that will transfer knowledge to its clients and their employees.

We BIM leads the BIM field in Israel with experts who have more than 15 years of experience. The company has accumulated extensive practical knowledge that serves the professional guidance system of the training center that operates today.

Training Center

The Training Center is an authorized training center (ATC) of Autodesk. It is authorized to teach the Autodesk software, used by construction and infrastructure designers, that works with the BIM methodology. The course instructors are professionals who undergo extensive training and certification processes by Autodesk. The graduates of these courses receive a certification from Autodesk, as well as from We BIM.

The training department of We BIM provides its clients with the most advanced training methods through courseware, and familiarizing BIM software with all fields of disciplines. Training can be done in several ways:

• Frontal training in small groups in a training classroom equipped with new and powerful computers, and a command and control system.

• Individual or group training at client premises.

• Customized courses at the client premises.

• Special and customized overseas training in a variety of languages.
